After Sales Help

Need help after your equipment is installed? We give practical after-sales support for operating questions, minor adjustments and usage advice so your kitchen can keep moving. From our Benoni base, we assist clients across the East Rand and deliver support nationally when you need it.

How To Get Help After Delivery

If you are unsure about a setting, a fitment detail or how a unit should be used, contact our support team with the model name, a clear photo and a short note on what is happening. That lets us check the issue quickly and point you in the right direction without guessing.

We handle support for prep tables, gas ranges, bain-maries, display units, sinks, counters and related stainless items supplied by us. For smaller issues, we often resolve the matter over the phone or by email. If a site visit is needed, we will advise on the next step and whether the fix can be done on site or at our Benoni workshop.

  • Send the item name and purchase details
  • Share photos or a short video of the issue
  • Describe when the problem started and what changed
  • Tell us if the unit is in a kitchen, takeaway or front-of-house area

Operating Questions We Deal With Every Week

Many support calls are not faults at all. They are everyday usage questions, especially on busy shifts or when staff change over. We help with start-up checks, cleaning routines, safe loading and practical use of counter space, heat and storage areas.

If you are running a takeaway in Benoni, Boksburg or Brakpan, it helps to have the right setup from day one. If an operator is using a bain-marie too hot, stacking trays poorly, or putting too much weight on a prep table, the unit may look like it has a problem when it is really a usage issue. A quick check saves time and keeps your team on track.

Minor Adjustments After Installation

After a new install, a small adjustment may be needed once the unit has settled into the space. Floors can slope, wall lines can vary and service areas are not always square, especially in older buildings around Germiston and Springs. That is normal and we are used to working around it.

Minor adjustments can include levelling, door alignment, shelf repositioning, counter height checks and small fit corrections to help the equipment sit properly. If the issue relates to a canopy, mobile trolley or display base, we will advise whether a field adjustment is enough or if the item should come back to us for a finer fix. We try to keep downtime low, because in food service even half a day matters.

  • Levelling on uneven floors
  • Door and panel alignment
  • Small fit corrections after transport
  • Checking fixings after the first few weeks of use

Care Advice For Stainless And Heated Equipment

Good care keeps equipment working longer, especially in kitchens with heavy use and coastal humidity on deliveries going out beyond the East Rand. We show clients how to clean, dry and store their units correctly so the finish lasts and working parts do not wear out early.

For stainless items, avoid harsh scrubbing pads that scratch the surface and clean along the grain where possible. For gas and heated units, keep vents clear and do not block airflow. If your area has load-shedding, make sure staff know the restart sequence for the equipment and never force a unit to operate if something looks out of place. A few minutes of care after service can prevent a bigger call-out later.

  • Wipe surfaces dry after washing
  • Keep burners, trays and grates free of build-up
  • Do not overload shelves or trolley tops
  • Check plugs, valves and fittings before opening

When A Service Call Is The Right Move

Some matters can be solved by advice, but others need hands-on attention. If a unit is unstable, heat is not behaving as expected, a welded joint has been stressed or water flow is wrong, tell us straight away. We will decide whether the problem needs an on-site look or whether it is better to bring the item in.

We support clients across Kempton Park, Germiston, Boksburg, Brakpan and Springs, and we also assist national customers who bought from us and need guidance after delivery. Our team keeps records of the job so the next conversation is not from scratch. That saves time and helps us track what has already been checked.

  • Equipment that has shifted during transport
  • Leaks, loose fittings or poor drainage
  • Uneven heating or unusual operation
  • Damage after heavy use or impact

What To Keep On Hand For Faster Support

When you call with the right information, we can usually move faster and give better advice. It helps to keep your invoice, a few photos and the date of installation close by. If the unit was modified, moved or fitted into an existing counter run, mention that too.

For busy sites, we also recommend naming one staff member as the main contact for support questions. That way messages do not get lost between shifts and the same detail is not repeated by everyone. Our support team works with Lerato Khumalo, Ayesha Naidoo, Pieter van der Merwe, Sibusiso Dlamini and Megan Jacobs, so your query gets to the right person without delay.

  • Invoice or order reference
  • Photos from more than one angle
  • Installation date and site address
  • Notes on any changes made after delivery
