1. Using the CaterKraft Website
This website is provided for customers, suppliers and visitors seeking information about our catering equipment, custom stainless steel fabrication and related services. You may browse the site, request quotations and contact our team, but you may not use the site in a way that interrupts service, damages systems or interferes with other users.
You agree not to copy, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse any content, images, drawings, pricing notes or technical information found on the site. Where product sizes, finishes or lead times are shown, these are subject to confirmation at the time of order. Small changes may apply due to material availability, site conditions or municipal requirements.
2. Product Information, Quotes and Orders
We make every reasonable effort to keep product descriptions accurate, including stainless prep tables, gas ranges, bain-maries, display units, extractor canopies, shelving and racking, sinks and counter modifications. However, pictures and descriptions are provided as guidance only and may not reflect every detail of the finished item. Stainless steel grades, thicknesses, footings, castors, shelves and electrical or gas fittings should be confirmed before payment.
- Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quotation.
- Final pricing may change if measurements, site access or design requirements change.
- Orders are only binding once confirmed in writing and, where required, deposit payment has cleared.
- Custom work may include site measuring, fabrication, installation and follow-up adjustments.
If a customer provides incorrect measurements or incomplete site details, CaterKraft will not be responsible for delays or extra costs arising from those errors.
3. Deliveries, Collections and Installation
We deliver nationally from our Benoni base and service customers in Boksburg, Brakpan, Springs, Kempton Park and Germiston, as well as other areas by arrangement. Delivery dates are estimates only and can shift due to load shedding, transport delays, supplier stock, weather or access restrictions at the delivery site.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery point is ready to receive the goods, including available access, correct offloading equipment and suitable storage. If installation is included, the site must be safe, clear and compliant with applicable health, fire, gas and municipal rules. Any delay caused by a site not being ready may attract extra charges.
4. Payments, Warranty and Returns
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms will be shown on the quotation or invoice. Goods remain subject to the payment conditions stated on the order confirmation. Late payments may delay manufacturing, dispatch or installation.
We supply commercial equipment intended for business use. Warranty cover, if applicable, is limited to manufacturing faults and does not cover wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised modification, poor cleaning practices, incorrect gas or electrical connection, corrosion caused by harsh coastal humidity, or damage caused by negligent handling. Returns for custom-made items are generally not accepted unless there is a proven fault in workmanship or a delivery error made by us.
- Customers must inspect goods on delivery or collection and report concerns promptly.
- Any claim must be made within a reasonable time and with proof of purchase.
- Repairs or replacements are subject to assessment by our team.
